What is the CommUNITY Education Program?

The CommUNITY Education Program, or CUE Program for short, is an educational experience focused on shaping our residential environment to be a place of learning and growth related to identity, diversity, inclusion, and social justice. There are 15 CommUNITY Educators, one in each residence center and two in McNutt, two Graduate Supervisors for Diversity Education who supervise the CUEs and one Program Director.

What does a CommUNITY Educator do?

A CommUNITY Educator, or CUE for short, creates and implements educational experiences for residents in their residence center related to identity, diversity, inclusion, and social justice. These experiences are connected to learning goals and learning outcomes in our residential curriculum and can include tabling, individual engagements, bulletin boards, events, virtual posts, and so much more.
